Ford X-Plan for Friends & Neighbors
Ford employees and retirees can sponsor their friends and neighbors through one of the four PINs they receive in a calendar year. They can obtain this PIN by logging into their account AXZ Plan Login or by calling a Bill Brown Ford Plan specialist at 734-237-3832.
Ford X-Plan Partner Recognition Program
Eligible Partners of Ford Motor Company can generate up to two PINs per calendar year. Individuals who qualify under the Ford X-Plan Partner Recognition Program can use their available two PINs to purchase or lease a new Ford for members of their household or themselves.
